The Outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled) and beach access is just ahead of the building complex! This condo boasts updated kitchens and baths, cable television in the living area, wireless internet access, and an outdoor shower. Original furnishings and carpeting in bedrooms and living area. First floor features one bedroom, full bath, open concept kitchen, dining, and living space with flat screen cable TV (no streaming capabilities) and direct access to screened porch. Second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite on second level hosts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. A Mixed Bag

The TV setup was unusable, requiring us to "cast" video from a phone for all streaming services. It didn't work at all and frankly expecting renters to cast video using a Google app is pretty ridiculous in 2025. Island Realty maintenance nicely provided us a Roku loaner, allowing us to log into our streaming services. The owner should invest in a smart TV. The king size mattress feels old and overused. It is too soft and made me feel like my head was below my feet. The queen mattress was similar. The unit has a nice screened porch, but it has one small table with 4 cheap uncomfortable chairs and one cheap plastic lounge chair in a unit that can sleep 6 people. Same cheap furniture on the deck off the main bedroom.

Less Art Better Beds
The beds were very lumpy and mattresses are worn out. TV needed repairman needed to install Roku because TV would not work otherwise. Must enter your own streaming service to watch TV. Weekend at the beach
Had a quick weekend at the beach for a great price. Stepping into the unit I could see the ocean out the window! The kitchen was also updated. Otherwise, this place needs work. A little money goes a long way with rentals. Many of the doors wouldn’t shut and need trimmed, the furniture was from the 80s, the carpeting was old, and there was a musky odor throughout the villa. Beach Villa Stay
The location of this Villa is perfect as it is right on the beach and less than ten minutes into town to enjoy all the delicious food IOP has to offer. We loved having a pool steps away and walking right onto the beach to enjoy the sunrise and go for daily walks down this beautiful white sand beach ! As we did reach out to island realty and they were extremely kind and helpful this condo does need a few updates. Just new bedding and curtains would make all the difference for this condo.most area rugs are stained which could also be replaced easily and cheaply. As I was excited for my master suite to sit outside it came with one plastic chair. Also to have just a few essentials such as salt and pepper in house would be great for people just staying a few days like us. Also having beach chairs for the guest would have been a great bonus. Great Location. Condo could use a little updating
We are here now and Island Realty has been wonderful. The location is great. I feel Like if the owners spent a little Bit of money to update it would go a long way. All the bedding and curtains in the bedrooms have got to be 30 years old on the out door patio if they just got some updated furniture and the rug is very stained. The unit was clean but I think at the small cost to fix these things would go a long way if u read the reviews they all do say the same thing. We had a great stay. Condo is very close to pool and beach access. I had read a few reviews about the loud washing machine but the level of loudness was still a surprise. When we first used it, I really thought an airplane was landing in the hallway upstairs. It’s VERY loud. That’s the only negative. If it’s not changed out, run it during the day, not at night. A solid vacation rental
Property was largely as described. The spacious kitchen was the main reason we selected this unit. A nice week at the beach
Great location, very close to the pool and only 3 min walk to the beach. Condo is a bit dated, only 1 TV and it is kind of old. It appears that mold is growing on some of the pictures hanging in the family room. The washing machine was a bit smelly. The WiFi worked great. The kitchen was nice. Isle of Palms 2023
All went well. Received a message at around 2pm that the rental was available but we were still in transit so we couldn't take advantage of the early check in. We did have to check in late and were able to do all this via the internet. Keys were waiting in the lock box when we got there. The townhouse was located steps away from the pool and the few more steps to the beach. The screened area had a good view of the ocean. Beach not too crowded. The area was easy to get around. Wild Dunes required we show our pass each time we entered. Harris Teeter about 10 minutes down the street. Many restaurants also 10-15 minutes away. Traffic on the island not bad this time of year. Beach Club Villas are nice and quiet. Only complaint is the loud washing machine, sounds like atrain, and the kitchen trash can was small and in an inconvenient place.

Nice town home/villa. Area was quiet and relaxing. Updated kitchen was real nice. Overall great stay. 2 downers though. 1. Master shower needs to be re-caulked, caulk that is there looks bad. 2. The only TV in the place is awful. Not sure if it is a combination of older TV or bad cable box/provider. At times it would just loose the local channels. As far as i could tell it doesn't have streaming capabilities. I saw a post from June stating the same thing about the TV, I called and the person I talked to said they had a Tropical Storm/Depression that week in question and assured me everything ok with the TV. Don't get me wrong it was watchable, but hard to navigate. I would of hated to have had bad weather and be stuck inside. But you would think a rental that demands what it does to rent, that could be fixed. Great location, but would not stay here again
Location of the condo was great, however there were several issues for us. There are no TVs in any bedrooms, and the main TV in den was awful; terrible picture that could not be improved (we had maintenance come to try and fix it). The bath towels were bad, like a one-star hotel quality, and we were only allowed one set per person, as if we going to summer camp in the 70's or were staying at a cheap hotel. Yes there was a washer & dryer, but the washer was ridiculoulsly loud. The furniture on the screened porch was very cheap, white plastic stuff, and one of the lounge chairs there was completely broken and unusable. There was no furniture at ALL on the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom - nothing! Another annoyance was they had not converted to a key-pad entry. In this day and age, who wants to keep up with a key at the beach? There is one TV in the family room, there are none in the bedrooms. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap is provided. This unit has a strict 2-vehicle capacity.

This property currently features all original furnishings as pictured in the listing photos.All rental properties come equipped with an initial setup (think travel-sized containers) of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items are not replenished once they run out. You should either plan to bring extra supplies and any other paper or cleaning products you may need during your stay, or purchase them after you arrive.The nearest grocery store on the Island is Harris Teeter, located at 1513 Palm Blvd, Isle of Palms. It's just across the street from the Island Realty office! We also have grocery delivery through a local business, OPIE. For guests travelling with service animals;
They must be individually trained to aid a guest with a disability. Service animals are exempt from pet policies and must be accepted per ADA requirements.
Island Realty can't do the following:
- Charge a deposit for service animals
- Ask about the nature or extent of your disability
- Ask you for proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal
- Require the animal to wear an identifying vest or tag
- Ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the task or work
Emotional support animals aren't considered service animals; therefore, they aren't exempt from any policies mentioned here.
