Unit 126 is redone and beautiful. It is easy to access on the first floor and has a very nice view of the ocean. The office was responsive to every one of our needs and requests, We will be back!

Was very disappointed with the cleanness of the rental. Have stayed at the sea cabins several times before and have never experienced this. The kitchen area was infested with roaches! I have never posted a review like this before. Sorry, we won’t be staying there again

Your concerns were taken seriously and the unit was inspected promptly after your departure. At that time, no evidence of pests or residue was found, and as an added precaution the condo was treated by pest control. We did not receive any findings indicating an active issue. Even so, we continue to monitor the unit closely to ensure it meets our standards for future guests. B126 was a nice unit. We've stayed in several over the years. Nice upgrade on the shower and kitchen. Front door was nice for a breeze. LOVED the built in blinds on the sliding doors. Unit was very clean. We did have a few things to note: there was no salt, sugar or coffee filters. It took us until our last day to figure out how to use the TV. We didn't like the pull down bed. We usually use the bunk beds to put out suitcases on. There was no place to do that so we pulled down the bed and then ran into it several times. There was no dish drainer and only one kitchen towel to use. Also the refrigerator smelled liked fish.

For future stays, please note that salt and pepper shakers are provided, but other food items are not supplied. We provide one kitchen towel in each rental, though additional towels can be requested and rented from housekeeping if needed. The pull-down bunk bed is a recent upgrade that offers more space and comfort than the previous built-in bunks, and a dish drainer has since been added. Had you reached out about the refrigerator, we would have been happy to provide a new deodorizer the same day. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hosting you again!

This condo has many positives: decor, kitchen well stocked, furniture comfortable, TV worked well, Keurig coffee pot was delightful, bed comfortable. Guest services and maintenance responsive and efficient. However upon entry there was green mold growing inside bathroom medicine cabinet and on decorative pillows in bedroom. You could smell it when you entered. Maintenance cleaned the cabinet and provided a dehumidifier and air purifier and checked the AC unit. I sprayed Lysol, bought renuzit air freshener and baking soda and ran the dehumidifier constantly - having to empty it every 3-4 hours. This kind of put a damper on my stay (no pun intended). I left early as I was tired of the dampness and smell. I think this issue should have been noticed and taken care of before I got there. It rained a lot this month so they could have been on the lookout. Also the walkway decking to the rooms are never swept and could be much better maintained. And at the pool I could not get out of the restroom - someone had to come open it from the outside when they heard me pounding and yelling. - the guy said “lots of people say that but you have to jiggle the door a bit” . I probably won’t be back

Villa was very nice. View was amazing. To much Marijuana smoking in the rooms on both sides. So that ruined our outdoor balcony use. Also had cops there several nights? And had some one come up from under the front stairs deficating and half naked. So over all,not sure we will be back.

We requested attention to the cable tv that never worked in the living room. Island Realty attempted 3 times to no avail and requested owner to address this issue. After that, we heard from no one. On the positive , we enjoyed the comfortable recliner sofa.

This condominium is exactly as described (although pictures make it look larger). It was well supplied with paper products, had plenty of lighting and was very clean. We had no problems with the anything in the condo and the check in/out process could not have been easier. It does have a larger twin hideaway bed if a third person (child) needed it, but I feel like this is really set up for just two people. Parking was excellent, but moving luggage etc. was a little inconvenient. We would definitely revisit this unit again. Many restaurants were within very close walking distance.

We had a wonderful experience with our 6 nights in this unit. Great ocean views and impeccably clean. Cleanliness is a key factor for me when vacationing. The beach was perfect however very crowded on the weekend. Only drawback. No umbrellas at the pool area foe shade seekers. Lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Pool bathrooms were very poor in the cleanliness area. Please try and improve upon the pool area for this resort . ��

Our unit at Sea Cabins had a wonderful location and was extremely clean. The only suggestion I would make would be a safety grab bar for getting and out of the tub. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. We had a great, relaxing time. We would stay there again

We have stayed at various Sea Cabins many times but this cabin is by far our favorite. It was so nice, clean, comfortable “clean” furniture, well stocked kitchen accessories. The bed was a lot softer than we’re used to but this is definitely the cabin we will try and reserve from now on. Love this cabin!

Beautiful, clean condo steps from the beach and restaurant’s. Only issue was the South Gate access to the beach was not working with locking code, which allowed non residents to access beach. This item was reported multiple times to management but, was still not resolved when we departed!

Seaside Cabins are perfect for those that love the beach. The units are small but functional and we go to the beach to be on the beach. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and music, and you are staying ocean front with a nice pool. This is our 3rd stay in one of these units, The units are privately owned and all a little different so take time to study the pics to ensure that your unit is updated and nice. We will visit again.
