Unit was absolutely amazing! Super clean, well-stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed! Only negative was that it appeared that nobody had been there in awhile and thus walking out onto the decks you encountered lots of spider webs. Not a huge deal, we took a broom and swept them away.

We stayed over Christmas. The townhome is very nice and seems newly renovated compared to others in the complex. It is a short walk to the beach. We had a wagon and I’d recommend bringing one to carry chairs, coolers, etc. The tennis and pickleball courts are in good condition. We didn’t use the pool but looks nice and would be great in warmer months since you are a little further from the beach. Overall it’s a great rental!

I have rented a LOT of villas in Wild Dunes over 20+ years, and this one is definitely the BEST one! It was beautifully decorated, which always makes a stay much more enjoyable. (We especially loved the Citadel print because we are proud parents of a ‘25 graduate and a current knob. 💙) What was really wonderful about it, though, is how organized it was and how the owners have thought of everything to make it a good place to rent. Kitchen has everything you could need. Throws were nice added touches in the den. Loved the porch/sunroom! Beautiful! We will definitely rent here again!! Enjoyed every moment of our long weekend here! 10 out of 10! *If I had to include a “negative”, it would be that the bathrooms could be more updated (mostly showers). This did not negatively affect our stay. And, we had a hard time streaming on all tvs. Again, this did not negatively affect our stay.

This is our third time staying at FWD 41. The location is perfect and the space is beautiful. We rent a golf cart to get around Wild Dunes so getting to the beach is much easier.

This was our second trip to Wild Dunes and we were very happy with this villa. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy. Bathrooms have not been updated much but they were spotlessly clean and worked just fine.

5 STARS!!! Excellent amenities, including well-maintained tennis and pickleball courts and pool. The accommodations were comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beach was only a short walk away. This destination is perfect for a family vacation!

Fairway Dunes villa 41 was absolutely fantastic. It’s a very well designed floor plan. It’s very updated and clean. The sunroom was a great place for the children to rest when we were at the villa. It’s very close to the pool and tennis courts. It’s about a 5 to 6 minute walk to the beach.

Great condo that's 800 steps to the beach. I was surprised how spacious the place was. Plenty of kitchen devices for cooking. Multiple clean decks. Nice golf course view with large gator close by some days. Some nice to haves would be: Pickle ball gear, community or condo grill, and screens in all windows. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this same house for 3 years and love everything about it. The kitchen is wide open and the rooms are spacious and bright. We especially love the glassed in porch on the back facing the golf course.

The Villa was nice and it was very great to have a pool just yards away. There were also pickleball courts next to the pool but we never checked to see if the paddles and ball could be rented. Our villa was right by a pond on the golf course. Inside the Fairway Dunes complex was a great place to bike. We also liked that we were fairly close to Charleston. The beach access was about a 5 minute walk.

The unit was very clean and bright, great location close to the beach. We had one urgent issue and Island Realty was extremely quick to respond and resolve the issue, even on a holiday weekend. Only negative is that it was a bit inconvenient not to have garage access. We rented a golf cart and there was no outside outlet we could use to charge it. Otherwise, great stay!

Our rental was a great relaxing spot! We had 2 alligators, 2 turtles, several deer and lots of birds right outside our back window to enjoy! The area was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! We had plenty of cookware to make breakfast and dinner, beds were very comfy, the sunroom was the hangout spot for our boys! Plenty of books and games to choose from! We love Wild Dunes and this is a great place to stay!

This was our 2nd year staying at this villa and we loved it! It is very near the pool and sits right on the golf course. The view from the back overlooks a pond on the golf course. There are lots of activities on the resort...i.e. biking, golf, swimming and dining.

Nice condo with wonderful location in Wild Dunes! New hardwood floors and open and large main level. Decent sized bedrooms. One bath was on small size but worked for our group. We did have one issue when the hot water heater went out but Island Realty took care of it very quickly without inconvenience to us. We would stay here again. Only improvement i would suggest is the main living furniture which was a bit dated but it was clean.

My niece was getting married and we needed a place to stay for extended family. We rented this villa because it allowed for a Sunday to Sunday rental which made our planning around the Saturday ceremony easier.
The property was very clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. We knew when we rented it that it was in Wild Dunes and where it was located and Even though it added a little hassle with the folks who we had to get in and out to assist in wedding-related efforts we were still happy with it. It was a perfect choice. I have rented from Island Realty many times and have found them to be so responsive and helpful.

This condo is very spacious and well equipped. It was very comfortable for 3 couples. Having the pond and bird sanctuary behind us was a special treat. It is about a 10 minute walk across the road to the beach.

Everything about this villa was great. The only things I would mention that needs to be fixed is the sink in the masterbath (where the toilet is) was clogged and we could not figure out how to turn the outside lights on.

This unit was very nice for our 3 generation gathering of 5 adults and 2 infants. The unit was more spacious than the pictures implied. The “sunroom” is a nice quiet spot. Island realty was very responsive to our needs. It is an 8-10 minute walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at Fairway Dunes and were glad to see that many of the items in the kitchen appeared to be new. The pictures don't do it justice its actually bigger than we expected it to be. Its close to the beach, probably 10 minute walk. Overall I would recommend this condo!

It was nice. Loved the pond being outback. Saw gators and lots of turtles. The pool wasn’t open and that was disappointing. It said due to covid. I’m pretty sure it’s pretty safe to be in a chlorinated pool. Seems like maybe people were just being lazy about the pool. The dvd remote didn’t work in the sunroom. The shower curtain in the master bedroom doesn’t even fit the shower. That was strange.

This was my first time staying with Island Realty. The entire process of talking with an agent, reserving the location and checking in was seamless... The floorplan layout of the Villa was great, the location was easy to get to... just a very positive experience from end to end! My next return to Isle of Palms I'll know where to look. I've rented with VRBO and AirBNB in the past but I'll probably just book directly with Island Realty next time.

The layout of this villa was perfect for adults & 2 kids. Each guestroom had it's own bathroom, lots of living room space and even a Florida style room. We did not feel cramped at all. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property is a bit dated, but I think priced right for what you get inside, as well as with the location - beach access was just short walk. We would definitely stay here again, but make sure to bring our own pillows.
